3 Steps To Achieve Your Dream Look

Step One - Reserving Your Date

To confirm your wedding/event date, a retainer fee and service contract are essential. Enclosed in the services proposal, you'll find an agreement that can be conveniently filled out and signed on your computer or mobile device. The retainer amount is 50% of the total event cost, depending on the date and services requested.

The proposal will outline all requested event services in detail. When making your initial payment, designated as the retainer for your event date, you'll see it applied toward your overall balance. For larger events, there may be an additional fee for an extra makeup artist, as indicated in the proposal. The start time will be determined based on the time required to complete the requested services.

Step Two - Schedule

Luxe Beauty Collective customizes a schedule tailored to the number of services required and the time needed for the bride and bridal party to be fully prepared. Punctuality is crucial, so it's essential for each party member to arrive promptly for their appointment to ensure readiness for photos and the ceremony.

 

Each appointment slot typically ranges from 30 minutes to 1 hour, adjusted based on the event requirements. We'll collaborate with you to gather timeline specifics and organize our services accordingly. Our schedule always incorporates a buffer period at the end to guarantee everyone is punctual and picture-perfect!

Step Three - Final Touches

For those interested in a preview session, we'll coordinate a convenient meeting time at your residence, hotel or our hosting site in Chalmette to craft and finalize your desired wedding day look. Please allocate at least 60 minutes per service to ensure we have ample time; perfection can't be rushed!

 

Payment will be due at the conclusion of the service and is not included in the initial proposal. To secure your preview session, a 50% non-refundable retainer/deposit will be required, payable online via credit card. Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled service time will incur a cancellation fee equal to the remaining balance.

All outstanding balances must be settled in full via credit card no later than one (1) week before the event. Additional services not specified in the agreement can be accommodated if time permits and will be handled as separate transactions. Cash payments for add-on services will be accepted on the day of the event.
