REFUND POLICY - THE BASICS

To secure your date and time for a hair and makeup preview, we require a 50% non-refundable retainer/deposit to be paid online via credit card. The remaining balance will be due no later than the day of the service. In the event of a cancellation less than 48 hours before the service date and time, there will be a cancellation fee equal to the remaining balance. We appreciate your understanding and compliance with our policy.
